Previous user trouble when using the Incredimail program

"Will not respond to questions."
About 2 months ago I submitted several questions regarding the operation of IncrediMail. I never received an answer. Consequently, although I might have purchased several of your products, I shall now refrain from doing so. You have put your reliability into question. It's too bad because IncrediMail is very good, indeed, but obviously is not to be relied upon.

"wouldn't work after 1st month"
About 1 month after I installed this program I started having all kinds of problems with it. The most prevalent being that I could not open it because of a message saying there was a problem loading the skin. When I tried to fix the problem my computer froze up, and I had to shut it down and restart it. After repeated attempts to contact someone at incredimail failed I deleted the program and went back to o.e. I found that incredimail had completely screwed up o.e. and I had to reconfigure it. It was nice while it lasted but without being able to get any response from support, it wasn't worth the trouble.

"LOVE THE FEATURES, FUN TO USE BUT"
We had problems from day one with freeze ups' and got BLUE SCREENED on a daily basis. that seemed to correct itself after some time passed, but now it is AGAIN doing it, much as I love the features, and fun of the stationery etc. we are seriously thinking about DUMPING the mail program, have put it off hoping the problems would go away, but after talking to other users, have come to conclusion that it is a 'bug' in their program. and since I have not received answers to my queries, assume they don't care if they lose me! "Can't use it."
I've tried two times over the last three months to get Incredimail to work. It's too complicated. I never did get my addresses from the old program and had to type in all the addresses each time. The instructions are for advanced computer people and most of us out here are not.

"Features are good, but stability is not."
I love all the features, the skins, the stationary, and especially the notifiers, but ever since I've had it, my computer has been having problems. A few times I've tried to send e-mail, the program wouldn't allow me to send, so I have to restart my computer. Even with those errors, I still think Incredimail is a good program, and I am going to remain a user.

"More Graphic than Outlook Express"
Does not separate emails to separate identities. What ever Identity you are in is where the email goes regardless of who it's to. I spent hours on this problem and could not fix. Also it needs an option to automatically spell-check before sending. The looks are great a few bug fixes and this would be a great product!

"Poor Customer Support"
I purchased the advanced products and had a problem with the software and made at least a dozen attempts to contact customer no service and NEVER got one reply. For this reason I would NEVER use this product ever again.

"To buggy. Selected fonts/colors have their own mind"
I should have waited to purchase the full program. Composing letters and making any revision of your letter may result in an unexplained change of the original fonts and color you selected. Line spacing occasional has a mind of its own. Good e-mail response but sometime voice contact would be easier to explain the problems. An update build I said to be ready soon. "Soon" should have a target date! If the bugs are fixed then I would strongly recommend this as the coolest e-mail product to use!


"Unstable with Windows XP"
The features of this program are way beyond any other email program. But as with any complex program there are bugs that need to be addressed. Program freezes occasionally and a few other minor bugs. Hopefully they will address these issues soon because I love this program.

"They ripped me off for $50.00"
Was charged for extra features but never received ID number to allow use of features. No telephone number to contact the company. No way to complaint to the company. Left with a 50$ charge without service. I was screwed. It is a SCAM. Do not order the extras, they are not available, but are charged.
