I just want to thank you for the help getting connected to farmerstel.net.
As you know I was connecting but could not keep the connection. Also my
connect speed was 26-30000, which was what I was used to. I took your advice
and bought a U S Robotics 3 Com external modem, WOW what a difference. I
connect every time and my speed is 50000+ which is exceptional being 4 miles

I was VERY impressed with the help I received on both my calls. (The fellow told me to try my services and make
sure all was in order and then to call back) My next call was handled just as well! The calls were answered promptly and the help was complete. I informed a worker at Federated Telephone about your impressive service! I changed providers because the previous one gave rotten service and their technicians were rude and uncaring.
