Over our cumulative years of experience, we have had good and not so good experiences with different pieces of software and hardware products.  This page is to share our opinions with you about which software items we like, are neutral about, don't like and some which we don't support.  This page changes often so check back.

If you are using a dialup connection to the internet and have a network in your office/home that shares the connection, we are only able to help you with the computer that is directly connected to the modem.  Any NAT, router, hub issues need to be directed to your network administrator.

If you are a DSL customer, our support extends to either 1. a single user computer running through our company provided modem to your NIC (network interface card).  or 2. if you have a network, our support extends to pinging our company supplied router that is connected to the supplied modem.

You MUST have in your possession the original CD of the operating system that you have on your computer.  We may suggest that you remove some portions of your software that are appearing to be corrupt and then need to load new versions back to your hard drive.  Without your original CD of Windows or your operating system this will be impossible.
