If you are a DSL customer, our support extends to either 1. a single user computer running through our company provided modem to your NIC (network interface card). or 2. if you have a network, our support extends to pinging our company supplied router that is connected to the supplied modem. You MUST have in your possession the original CD of the operating system that you have on your computer. We may suggest that you remove some portions of your software that are appearing to be corrupt and then need to load new versions back to your hard drive. Without your original CD of Windows or your operating system this will be impossible. Can't
